Information we receive
Turkey listing requests include your name, phone, optional email and message, together with the listing code, title, price, agency and request time. Agency accounts include email, contact and office details, listing uploads and logos.
Who can access it?
A Turkey listing request is visible to Batum World administrators and the approved agency responsible for that listing. Other agencies cannot view that record. CRM and accounts run on Supabase; this website uses ChatGPT Sites. These providers may process data in different countries. Listing photographs and agency logos are public; customer contact details are not public.
Why we use this information
We use it to respond, route your request to the relevant agency, manage conversations and sales follow-up, and operate agency listings. Submitting a request does not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages.
Browser preferences and external links
Language, saved listings and comparison preferences may be stored in your browser. Account services handle password recovery and email verification. WhatsApp, maps, social media and listing sources have their own terms and privacy practices. Never put passwords or verification codes in a property request.
Retention and your requests
Records are retained in connection with inquiry follow-up and necessary business records. Contact info@batumworld.com to request access, correction or deletion. Requests are reviewed alongside applicable recordkeeping requirements.
